1.Hot dip galvanized wire:
1)Zinc coating:0.10Oz-1.60Oz/Sq.feet;
Commercial grade:>60grams/sq.m
Heavy coating: >200grams/sq.m >250grams/sq.m
2)Diameter range: 0.50-4,90mm
3)T.S.: 300/550***, 350/450***, 450-550***, 600-800***, 700-900*** 1100-1300***, 1300-1700*** etc.
4)Packing: 1kg-800kgs/orbit coil
5)Application: This kind of wire is extensively used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing
mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses.
2.Electro galvanized wire:
1)Standard wire gauge for electro galvanized iron wire ranges from BWG8 to BWG28.
2)Technical/Mechanical characters:
Zinc coating:10g - 40g/sq.m
T.S: 300-550***, 650-1300***
3)Packing: 1KG - 1000KGS/COIL
4)Application: Low carbon wire - used in weaving wire mesh, binding,construction building, etc.
High carbon wire - for making clothes hanger, baling, cotton packing, etc.
3.Galvanized redrawn wire:
The Galvanzied Redrawning Wire is made with the electro galvanized wire or hotdip galvanized wire of the diameter 2.00
mm, through galvanized wire hard-- drawning directly process.
1)Wire diameter:0.4-4.5mm
2)Technical/Mechanical characters:
Zinc coated: 4-20g/m2
Tensile strength: 600-1200N/mm2
3)Packing: coil or spool. Wrapped inside with pvc and outside with pp bags or hessian cloth or as customers' requirement.
4)Application:This kind of wire enjoys bright surface and good hardness after been hard drawn. It can be uesed in constructi
on industry, furniture and handling official business industries for making binding wire, paper clip etc. It is also widely used as
